Write for everyone. Sound like each of them.

Switch to the person you're writing for, and you're working from their voice and their documents. No more executives who all sound like you, and no more endlessly chasing sign-off.

1

Set up the people you write for

Invite them to your team. Each person trains their voice from a few things they've written, then connects their own LinkedIn.

Send for sign-off, then schedule

They get an email with the post, and can approve it or ask for changes straight from the link. Schedule it in the team calendar, and it goes out on their own profile.

Writing for others

Can I post for someone without their LinkedIn password?

Yes. Each person connects their own LinkedIn to Cadiance once. From then on, you can draft and schedule in their voice, and posts appear on their own profile, not yours. Nobody ever shares a password.

Can I set up someone's voice for them?

No. Each person trains their own voice from a few things they've written, because it's their voice and their name on every post. It takes about ten minutes, and they only do it once.

Do they have to approve every post?

By default, yes. When a draft is ready, they get an email with the post and can approve it or ask for changes straight from the link. If they'd rather not review everything, they can choose to let you publish for them.

Can I write for more than one person?

Yes. Switch to the person you're writing for, and you're working from their voice and their documents. Each voice stays separate, so nothing from one person's drafts carries over into another's.

Can I see the documents of the people I write for?

Yes. When you're writing for someone, you work from their saved documents, and you can upload new ones for them.

Getting your team posting

Can I see what my team is posting?

Yes. You see everything scheduled and published across the team in one calendar. Drafts aren't visible to you until they're scheduled.

Does my team need to be good writers?

No. Each person starts from an idea or a document, and Cadiance drafts it in their voice. Their job is to review and approve, not to write from scratch.

Won't everyone's posts end up sounding the same?

No. Each person's voice is trained on their own writing, so posts from different people read differently. That's the point.

Setup, security and billing

What writing works best to train a voice?

Anything that sounds like the person thinking out loud: LinkedIn posts they've published, client emails, notes from a talk. Press releases, marketing copy or anything someone else wrote for them won't help, because it isn't their voice.

How long does setup take?

About ten minutes per person. Once a voice is trained, a draft takes about 90 seconds. Most of the time goes on deciding whether to publish, not waiting for Cadiance.

Is it safe to use on LinkedIn?

Yes. Cadiance publishes through LinkedIn's official API. It doesn't like, comment, send connection requests or run scripts on anyone's account. It can post for you, but it can't read your messages, connections or feed.

Is our writing used to train AI?

No. Your writing, posts and voices are never used to train shared or general AI models, and nothing in your workspace is visible to another company.

What happens when someone leaves?

Remove them, and their access and LinkedIn connection end immediately. Anything scheduled for them goes back to draft, so nothing goes out under their name.

What do we pay for?

Each LinkedIn profile Cadiance posts to, at $69 a month, with a minimum of two. Comms managers and admins join free, because they don't connect a profile of their own. If an admin also wants to post, their profile counts as one. You can try it with up to 5 people for 7 days, and larger teams can pay by invoice.
